When a customer needed a way to clean a precision blood analyzer, Super Brush engineered a pre-saturated swab to do the job. With a specialized cleaning fluid, the pre-saturated swab performed better than a traditional alcohol swab. Not only did the solution work better than the prior cleaning method, the foam swab did not leave lint in the device like a cotton swab.
Super Brush foam swabs are lint-free, unlike traditional cotton swabs, and they can be customized with a variety of different sizes, lengths, material, and colors. The swabs can be created with different foam mitts such as hydrophobic, hydrophilic, soft, or coarse. The handle lengths can be changed between 50mm to over 2.5 meters. If needed, the foam mitts can be designed as small as 1.7mm. Lastly, the handles can be colored for multiple branding opportunities. If you need it, Super Brush can create it.
