Using a Purchase Order:
Swab-its.com can only accept company purchase orders as a form of payment after credit approval. You may apply for credit and terms with Super Brush LLC if you would like to purchase higher volume. If you have any questions, please email customerservice@swab-its.com.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We allow 7 days to return your purchase as long as the swabs are in NEW condition and are returned in its original packaging. Notes: Original packaging means heat-sealed packaging must not be opened, retail packaging must not be opened and swabs must not have been used. If you order a case of products, this is custom made for the customer and we do not accept returns.
All orders that are returned are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
How to return an order:
If you have an issue with an order - please contact our customer service team at customerservice@swab-its.com with your order number, name and issue with your order. A team member will contact you within one to two business days. You will need to have an RMA issued before you can send back your order to Swab-its.
Please note that the shipping of returned orders are the responsibility of the customer and they need to be shipped to Swab-its • 800 Worcester Street • Springfield, MA 01151. You will also need to include your provided RMA number and the team member you spoke with.
Note 2: it may take up to 5 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
How to cancel an order:
Did you make an order by accident or place the wrong order. You can contact us with in hours of your purchase to cancel your order and we may be able to cancel it. Please contact us right away at customerservice@swab-its.com if you have an issue with your order.
You may also call Swab-its® at 1.413.543.1442 at the business hours of 9am - 4:30pm, Mon-Fri and we can help you on the phone with any issues pertaining to your order.

Question: Why should I buy Swab-its® foam swabs?
Answer: Swab-its swabs are sold directly by the manufacturer and we use only the highest quality materials. We have been making swabs for over 50 years.
Question: What is the minimum order quantity?
Answer: 1 bag
Question: What if I would like to order large quantities?
Answer: For large volume inquiries please contact Super Brush directly at sales@superbrush.com. To learn more about Super Brush, visit them at www.superbrush.com.
Question: What is the order process?
Answer: Once your order is placed on our site you will receive an automated email confirming your order. You will receive another email with a tracking number, if available, once it has shipped. If you do not receive an email confirming your order within 12 hours of placing your order please contact us via email. We only accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover as forms of payment. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted at this time.
Question: How will my order be shipped?
Answer: Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states will be shipped USPS First Class, USPS Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped United States Postal Service. International destinations are shipped United States Postal Service, DHL, FedEx and UPS.
Question: What material is used to make the swab head?
Answer: Polyurethane foam.
Question: What materials are used to make the sticks?
Answer: Polypropylene plastic and birch wood.
Question: Where are Swab-its swabs manufactured?
Answer: Made in the USA - Springfield, MA 01151.
Question: Are the heads resistant to solvents?
Answer: The foam heads hold up well to most solvents provided they are not left in the solvent for an extended period of time.
