Using a Purchase Order
Swab-its.com can accept company purchase orders as a form of payment only after credit approval.
If you would like to purchase higher-volume quantities, you may apply for credit and terms with Super Brush LLC.

Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase, provided the swabs are in new condition and returned in their original packaging.
Original packaging means heat-sealed packaging must not be opened, retail packaging must not be opened, and swabs must not have been used.
Important: Case orders and custom-made products are produced for the customer and are not returnable.
All returned orders are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
How to Return an Order
If you have an issue with an order, please contact our customer service team before sending anything back.
Email customerservice@swab-its.com with your order number, name, and a description of the issue.
A team member will contact you within one to two business days. You must receive an RMA before returning your order.
Returned orders are the responsibility of the customer and should be shipped to:

Refunds or exchanges may take up to 5 business days to process after the return is received and reviewed.
How to Cancel an Order
If you placed an order by accident or ordered the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been processed or shipped.

Why should I buy Swab-its® foam swabs?
Swab-its® foam swabs are sold directly by the manufacturer and made with high-quality materials. Super Brush LLC has been manufacturing foam swabs for over 65 years.
What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is typically one bag.
What if I would like to order large quantities?
For large-volume inquiries, please contact Super Brush directly at sales@superbrush.com. You can also visit www.superbrush.com.
What is the order process?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an automated email confirming your order. You will receive another email with tracking information, if available, once your order has shipped.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within 12 hours, please contact us by email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Prepaid credit cards are not accepted at this time.
How will my order be shipped?
Orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states may ship by USPS or UPS Ground. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico may ship by United States Postal Service. International orders may ship by USPS, DHL, FedEx, or UPS.
What material is used to make the swab head?
The swab heads are made from polyurethane foam.
What materials are used to make the handles?
Handles may be made from polypropylene plastic or birch wood, depending on the product.
Where are Swab-its® swabs manufactured?
Swab-its® foam swabs are made in the USA in Springfield, MA 01151.
Are the foam heads resistant to solvents?
The foam heads hold up well to many solvents, provided they are not left soaking in solvent for an extended period of time.

Quantity of packaged swabs may vary by approximately +/- 5 pieces for orders under 500 pieces. Orders over 500 pieces may vary by up to 10%.

Large case orders of 2,000 pieces or more may take 2–3 weeks to ship, depending on product availability and production schedule.
